Drinks
We curate drinks menus that feel perfectly in tune with your event and your guests.
Our cocktails are made with fine spirits, fresh ingredients, and often sweetened with honey from our own bee hives.
We also specialise in refined and exciting natural wines to suit every palate.
Bars
Our bar units are hand-built by Leo from sustainably sourced wood and finished with beeswax from our own hives. Each one is designed to be practical, durable, and well thought out - combining good design with ease of use.
They’re simple, adaptable, and look great in any setting - a clean, versatile setup that can be styled to suit the feel of any event.
Consultancy
With almost twenty years in the hospitality industry, Leo has worked across bars, restaurants, pubs, and private events worldwide - from leading teams to consulting on new openings.
In his early twenties, he launched a consultancy in South East Asia and later ran his own bar in East London. His work has since taken him across Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Europe, helping to develop bar programmes for some of the world’s leading hotels and restaurants.
Leo brings the same level of expertise to every project, whether it’s a new opening or a small, independent venue - always with a focus on quality, flow, and guest experience.
